That's it!

Testing the FTP site

Prior to connecting and testing the DN-700R, the FTP site can be tested directly from any other computer on the same network to ensure that it is set up properly.  Todo so:

  1. Open an internet browser or explorer window on a second computer that is connected to the same network.

  2. In the address bar, type ftp://###.###.###.### (<- the IP address of the FTP server).

  3. If everything is set up properly, you will be prompted to enter the User name and Password previously set up.  Enter the requested information and choose Log on.  You will be able to access the FTP folder.

Note: If you cannot access the FTP site from another computer on the same network after following all of the steps above, please contact your local network administrator.
